How to Install Adblock and Import List.
Download and install Ad-block
Download my List, save it your drive
Restart Firefox
Tools->Adblock->Preferences->Adblock Options->Import filters->Open my list->Ok to overwrite existing list
Enable the following Options in the Adblock Preferences
Adblock Options->Obj-Tabs
Adblock Options->Collapse Blocked Elements
Adblock Options->Check Parent Links
Adblock Options->Site blocking
Finally Enable Adblock (in Adblock Preferences)
Done.
